Delivery Conditions

Delivery charges apply and vary depending on your order and location.

e.g Highlands & Islands, off shore postcodes, parts of far north Scotland.

Any delivery charge will be advised before your order is processed.

Mainland UK: Items in stock will be despatched in 3-5 working days.

Any delivery date quoted is given in good faith, but the Seller shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery of the Goods and/or the performance of the Services howsoever caused.

Discrepencies on order: All discrepencies must be reported within 3 days.

Breakages/Damages: Any breakages must be reported within 3 days. Should you wish to accept a delivery in a damaged condition, you must endorse the carrier's delivery documentation accordingly.

Shortages of goods/parcels: Any shortage must be reported within 3 days.

Proof of Delivery: We are not liable for claims for missing parcels where a signature has been given for a complete consignment. Please check the number of parcels against the delivery note before signing. All requests for proof of deliveries must be received within 14 days.

Sale or Return: We do not operate a sale or return policy. A 20% handling charge plus carriage costs will be levied on any such returns unless by prior arrangement.

Credit card payments will not be processed until day of despatch.
